I’ve spent my career turning complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. I’m passionate about understanding how people think and interact with information, and I thrive when I’m helping teams make sense of messy, real-world challenges.
My Background
I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin–Superior and my career kicked off in Minneapolis during the wild west of early web design—when experimentation ruled, frameworks were few, and learning came through trial, error, and curiosity.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of designing for complex systems like biometric capture, identity verification, educational graphing tools, and workforce development data-rich systems. Along the way, I fell in love with the power of data storytelling—turning abstract numbers into meaningful narratives that help people make better decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy tending to my garden designed for birds, butterflies, and bees, exploring Oregon’s beautiful beaches and forests, and spending time with my husband, J., and our two cats, Taji and Kala.
